Return or exchange policy:
Aroma West Corp customers can return or exchange the products, as long as they have not been used or removed from their original packaging, within the first 30 days of their purchase. Support will be required such as photos of the product which you can send to business@aromawest.org. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product.
